We flew to Phoenix to meet Brad and after spending a few hours talking over what we wanted in a home my husband and I agreed that Brad was the perfect person for our home search. Brad set us up on the MLS portal where we would view new homes on the market with all of our wants, wishes and within our price range. When we saw a home we liked we would text him and have an immediate response. He would call the listing agent right away, get more information on the property and have an appointment to view the property, usually within a few hours. He worked tirelessly in negotiations to get us the best price in a very competitive and difficult market.
